Policies & Guidelines


Appointments/Payments: 
Services are provided by appointment only. It is recommended that an appointment be scheduled in advance to secure a convenient date/time. A $30 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your appointment, this deposit will go towards your service. Cash, Credit/Debit Card & Venmo are the only forms of payment accepted.  

Preparing For Your Appointment:
Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes & no makeup around your eyes. Any extra time spent cleansing your lashes will be taken away from your appointment time. Removal of makeup is subject to a $20 fee.

Refills:
Your natural lashes are constantly growing & shedding due to the natural growth cycle, and refills are needed every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look. The length of the growth cycle differs from person to person, so retention will vary person to person. Wink by B offers different fill options based on days/weeks since last appointment and the percentage of extensions remaining. If the incorrect fill is scheduled you will still be charged for the correct fill.

Late Arrival Policy:
If you arrive late, your appointment will end at the original scheduled time to remain on time for the appointments following yours. Please do your best to arrive on time. All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival might limit our ability to provide the fullest possible experience. A $10 late fee will apply if you are more than 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule.

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Please keep in mind appointment times are reserved especially for you. 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after the 24 hour period will result in your deposit being forfeited and 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited and 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Notice of cancellation within 1 hour of scheduled time is considered a No-Show.

Refunds: 
You are paying for the time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. There will be no refunds on services rendered for any reason. If you experience any issues please contact us within 72 hours.
